well chuffed especially as i pigged out at the chippy on sunday night .

The good thing about Slim Fast is that you can have a few chips if you feel like them as part of your main meal.

We have a good few men on here in Lighter Life, Lipotrim Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Exante etc., but I don't think we have any doing Slim Fast just now, but that could change if others who are thinking about a diet see you doing well.
