thats brill. i started 10 days ago on the 1000 plan but have no disipline in portion sizes whoops ... needless to say , no loss for me . back on ss now day 3 . keep up the good work your doing really well,xx

Im so pleased! I went for my second weigh in this morning and lost 5lbs :party0011:. I admit I had not expected to loose that much since Im on the 1000kcal plan but Im so happy :D

It really goes to show no matter what plan your on this diet rocks!

Thanks everyone so much for your congrats! I couldnt believe it myself. I was strict but made a few changes as I went along.

I used peppers and onion and some garlic on 2 of the nights. I know Im not supposed to but I thought it might be like the diet coke issue?? It does affect some and not others? Ill continue on the same for next week and see what happens x
