Hi Clare, well done, thats a really good loss seeing as you haven't got that much to lose. You are already a third of the way to your target weight after just two weeks!

Wow well done.....I also lost 4lbs this week and have much more to lose.....but I am very happy with the loss as its better off than on......keep up the great work...
