Aw chick, yes a loss is a loss!! Don`t despair, its coming off and thats the most important thing. Are you drinking enough cos that speeds up weight loss....I only lost 3lbs 2nd week too.... doesnt mean much in the bigger picture chick.... Hugs hun your doing really well keep it up xx

3lb off is about the recommended loss hun!!! You dont have that much to lose so thats probably another reason... hang on in there!!! On any other diet you'd be thrilled with that!!!

Do you have any shakes/water before you go??? x
