2nd weigh in today on 790

Hi all,

I went for my second weigh in today - and expected a bad week! I am supposed to be on the 790 plan but had these hiccups....

Saturday - lots of vodka and diet coke, then a veggie korma, cheese nan and egg fried rice! oops!
Monday - 2 big bowls of weetabix mini with chocolate chips!
Wednesday - A large wholemeal bap with veggie sausages and fried onions!
Thursday - 3 tortilla wraps with coleslaw and quorn!!

What a disaster - I am so weak!

But I was pleased to discover 4lb loss!

So 9 lb in 2 weeks is ok with me considering all the mess ups I have had!

Hope everyone else is ok
