Hi Everyone

I havent been on since last week when I had my first weigh in, to be honest and I know i shouldnt have been but I was very disheartened as I only lost 7ibs I know its still 7 but the first time i done it i lost 10, this week I have given it my all nothing has passed my lips other than shakes and lipotrim and have also started walking this week. I am just so determined this time and know it will all be worth it.
Weigh in tonight so fingers crossed it goes well.
Also thanks everyone for the tips for constipation and I have to say the Ducolax Pearls done the Job xxx

I will let you all know how I get on. Deezer I am actually spending the day on the loo I am drinking at least 5 litres of water a day, is there any such thing as drinking too much water

Yes!!! 4 litres max i think!!! Unless you are exercising then obv you need more!! x

Thanks for that Dee I am deffo having more that 4 litres a day, maybe this week I will try cutting down on the water and see how i get on then. Will let you all know how I get on later
