2nd Weigh in

I lost 1/2 lb on my first weigh in. Meeting was cancelled last week so today was the first weigh in for 2 weeks -.......and I put it back on again!!! Sooo disappointed and not really sure where I've gone wrong. Did 3 really good workouts this week, although I did go out for lunch 3 times this week which made it difficult to point on those days. I am going to have to be really strict and write everything down this week.

On another note - they were raving about Discovery Wraps for lunches at the meetings today. They do them in multi-grain and wholemeal which are only 4 points for a really big wrap. Am going to give them a try.:sigh:

have you shown your consultant your diary huni, id be gutted aswell. maybe this week write everything down and show consultant. id have chucked the towel in if it were me so well done for sticking with it xxxx

Thanks Mia - my Consultant said to bring my tracker next week and she will look at it if I haven't lost this week. Can't give up now!!
