    I think i may have found a diet that really does work.
    I've lost another 7lb which means a grand total of 1 stone 2 llbs in 2 weeks.It is hard going at times but i'm beginning to see that it does actually work .
    Lets hope i can stick with it as 6 stone yet to lose !!!!

    Well done that's a brilliant amount to lose in 2 weeks. Yes it can be hard going but it's certainly worth it when you see the results. Keep at it hun, you'll have that 6 stone off in no time at all. Good luck.
