Morning All

Just back from 2nd WI and I've lost 2lb's :D

Not a huge amount but I have had toilet troubles this week and TOTM to boot plus scales stayed the same all week until this morn so 2lbs was a bonus :)

Have really settled into CD now and don't crave snacks anymore which is brilliant - I don't even want my breakfast shake til lunch which is strange!

Anyway onwards and downwards x

You have done just great Tracey, do not be disappointed as you know what has impacted on this week's result - however, 2lb is brilliant and you will have many more losses ahead of you x

Thats really great well done. I have my second weigh in on tuesday too! eekk! I too dont crave anything until maybe im chilling out in the evenings! And i dont have my first shake til about 2pm!
