    Bugger I just about scraped 1lb :(
    I did have a slip up on sunday but the rest of the week I've been strict and I've increased my exercise :confused:
    It might be just that my body needs a few weeks to adjust, but man I was hoping for something a bit more exciting :cry:

    Dont get bogged down by the numbers, slow and steady still gets to the end, and this is not a race. Give yourself a pat on the back - well done :D
