Woohoo.
I've had my 2nd WI and have lost 4lbs. That brings be to 15lbs in 2 weeks. I'm so chuffed.
To all of those just starting out, I promise if I can do it anyone can.:D

Hi Kim.
The first few days are the hardest, but once you're over these you'll be fine.
Anytime you feel hungry, either have some water or do something else to keep you occupied. I can see you have a beautiful daughter. Just try and think of her whenever you feel yourself slipping.
