3 weeks on Monday I start my new job. I want to loose as much as possible but then so I am setting myself a mini challenge.
Anybody want to join me?
My plan is 1200 calories a day with an hour of exercise 4-5 times a week.
I'm really hoping this will be the kick start I need for prolonged and maintained weight loss.
