    i forgot how easy this 810 tetra plan was!

    i was just wondering if it was a bad thing to skip my meal or a shake if im not hungry?

    week 1 - 8lbs
    week 2 - 5lbs
    week 3 - 4lbs
    week 4 -

    Hey,

    thats fantastic well done!!

    You have to have all your shakes otherwise you won't be getting all your vitamins and nutrients. If you are really not hungry I would maybe skip the meal rather than force it but have all your shakes. :D
