30 day shred is transforming my body!

Been Shredding now for 3 weeks (only missed one day but did it twice day after) and I can honestly say I feel fab. I can see my body has changed & loose skin has tightened. I'm not so bothered what the scales say as I can see the difference. I cant recommend it enough. Yes its hard at first but stick with it. Trust me its worth it. I've not felt this good about my body since I was 16! I'm even thinking of upping my Target weight as for me this is about how I look. No one but me knows what the scales say!
 
A work out dvd by jillian michaels. Only 30 mins long inc warm up n cool down. U just need handweights but I used baked bean cans at first. I got the dvd for a fiver on amazon x
 
That's why I love it coz its hard work but doesn't last long & gets results x
 
You won't regret it. Just stick with it x
 
Aaargh I am missing exercise, doc warned me until I have got rid of this wheeze and cough to do no more than walking at quick pace boooo
 
Ive got this dvd but stil havent got round to using it properly. I need a Mattress to lie on for the floor exercises because they kill my bad back. Really good DVD otherwise!
 
Just handweights mine are only 1kg x
 
i attempted it once and it killed me............lol

I gave it to my friend saying i would never do it again but i am tempted to get it back off her and give it another try. I am much fitter than when i attempted it before and i think it would help improve my overall fitness.
