Kes,i was on ebay last night looking for those coloured tape measures and that dvd popped up..it was nearly £6 incliding postage and was new!

yeah theyre like a normal measuring tape but with coloured coded sections... if you measuring your waist and its in the red zone then you need to reduce it to get to the green zone..

havent seen them for ages..
