30 day Shred

I've had a really busy weekend, and think I may jump to L2 tonight....

I too have been doing the Shred :D
I have done day 13 today... but I am still on level 1 :eek:.
I started off with 1kg weights, which I increased to 1.5kgs after 8 days :)
I think I will continue on level 1 for another week ish .... then try level 2 :eek:

Its been okay to be honest.
I quite like it now :)
I had been on Exante for about 8 weeks before I started the Shred :)
I also go to curves.
I have been doing that for 2.5 years so I am kinda used to that.
I think the Shred pushes me waaaaaay more than curves ;)

I'm not sure I could have found the energy on packs only.

To be honest, I have been having some olives and feta of an evening... or a tin of tuna sometimes :). Not every evening... but at least every other one :)

I get measured at curves once a month, so this month will be interesting to see what has happened :). Its normally the 5th of the month, but will be the 6th, because the 5th is a Sunday this month :)

Are you maintaining from LL now then ?
Any good refeeding tips ? :)
 
i decided due to having a hot water bottle shoved down my leggings last night (TOTM) not to bother with the shred!
but i've WI this morning anyway and i've lost 2lbs this week, as well as 1" off my bust, 1.5" off my waist and 1.25" off my hips! in a week!
back to the mat today though :D
 
Day 14, shredding done :D
 
Right my June 30 Day Shred Challenge has started today! Wasn't too bad considering but that may have been due to the amount of Body Pump and Spinning Classes I've been doing recently - for all I know tomorrow I may not be able to move :D

But hey - no pain no gain - and I've decided to share that pain by roping in 15 of my work colleagues who are also doing the Shred!!
 
day 6 done, after having a day off for PMS! (can't do jumping jacks with a hot water bottle down your leggings)
 
day 7 done, hobbled up the stairs to alter my signature and post this!

i'm having mild anxiety about being so close to movbing up to lvl 2 :S
perhaps will have a peek and can always come back to lvl 1 for a while longer, you know - if i pass out!
 
Rightio I'm starting tomorrow morning. I'm hoping it'll make a difference and help me budge a few more pounds. :)
 
Day 10 complete...only 1/3 of the way there, feels like I've been doing this shred a lot longer!!

20 days to go
 
day 8 done - and i'm modifying heavily tonight! i see why it's called the shred, i needed to give my legs a rest!
i think i will give myself a day off every 5 days, i need the incentive to keep going! :D

You move up a level, when you feel that level fairly easy :).
Take some measurements of yourself, or pics, and after 30 days you should see a difference :)

I did level 2 today for the first time. :eek:
I will crack on with it again tomorrow :)
