30 Day Shred


I'm restarting WW having put on a few pounds since reaching my goal weight last year (oops! :))...

I see that a few people have done the 30 day shred workout and it seems to get rave reviews so was thinking of getting the DVD. C ertainly could do with the extra help to get into a bikini for summer!!

The only thing I'm not sure about is how much running and jumping etc is involved...would I be able to do this in my flat or would my downstairs neighbours kill me!!?

Hope someone can help; would be glad for any tips/advice xxx

I have those dvd & think there great, she works you hard but you definately see changes fast. You work within your limitations though. Unfortunatley i have twisted my ankle (dont ask very embarrasing LOL!) but when its better that will be my first choice. Hope you enjoy & let us know what you think.
