30 day shred!

Should be starting level 3 today but I never shredded yesterday! Was watching a film after dinner and fell asleep so when I woke up about 11pm ish I didn't want to do anything so I went back to sleep! Gonna do it today but I'm still not sure about starting level 3 :(
 
good luck evil penguin - i am on level 1 but have twice did level 2 and not particulary looking forward to even looking at level 3. Its only after day 9 that i feel i can breathe better on level one. Well done and good luck

Thanks debtin. Yeah I found level 1 quite easy by the end. I think it was my favourite level! Just done my last day of l2, so it's l3 tomorrow. Hmph :(

I think I am bored of it now guys :( I have lost my motivation for exercise! I've felt really down since last week and I don't know why, would rather lay in bed watching movies than exercise tho. It's weird because I'm still motivated for SW and sticking to it 100%. I dunno what's going on with the exercise :( not feeling it. I thought working out was supposed to improve your mood? Just done my shred and I still feel mopey :(
 
woohoo it finally came in the post, just back from a cycle but dying to start it to see what all the fuss is about-ill let ya know how i get on (if im fit to type) xx
 
Oh good god i am wrecked-it was hard but really good, my body feels like jelly now tho-have zumba tomoro night so ill leave this until after i come home-hope it gets easier :)

it does get boring after awhile why don't you do a different level each day to get you through thats what worked for me

HOpe your ok, i agree maybe you are just getting fed up. i would look to swapping the levels about but i know you have been doing brilliantly, have lost inches and maybe your just tired. See if through to the end as you are almost there - keep it up x

I think I'm going to go back to level 1 for today, I miss that work out! Will do it later tho I've just finished dinner.
 
Day 2 of L1 completed and i am in pain, I found it really hard tonight but still do-able!!

Come on Hun, you are doing amazing stuff with this DVD!

Did you take starting measurements? If you did just think about the end result, not long now before you can take your end measurements and you still have a few days of the shred to reduce those inches!!

Put some of your own music on nice and loud and mute Gillian,

You are motivating so many people by sticking with this, so keep it up, you will feel amazing if you do!

Katie I know you are right and I feel like a failure for coming off the wagon! I have genuinely been so tired this week, been in bed by 9pm most nights, I just haven't had the energy (college is so tiring!) but it's the weekend now so I can get back to the shredding!

Yeah I took measurements, I noticed losses in the first level but not much in the 2nd, maybe that is another reason as to why I let it slip!

I have WI in an hour or so, in my upstairs bathroom lol, and I'm dreading it tbh - feels like because I haven't shredded I'm not going to lose this week :(

I'll start level 3 today - I don't have anything planned except studying so I've no excuse.
 
Well I have hardly did any shredding this week! I felt so sorry for myself as I never lost any weight I ended up comfort eating! As much as it felt good I feel so silly now! Decided to use a meal replacement programme instead of slimming world as I was getting nowhere, so new plan, and defo no excuse not to shred again! I wanna have a few inches off by March!! xxxx
 
Lost half a pound. Knew it was either a STS or small loss. Have felt fat all week! It's a loss though eh! Definitely getting my shred back :)
 
hi ladies, well done for keeping it up. For first time since i started i didnt do workout on the 2nd day ( i do it every 2nd day) as i too was feeling fat, bloated and "whats the point" - not lost much at all in the 3 weeks and although i had issues yesterday with it i was dteremind to start again but just eaten 2 biscuits - why why why. Weekends dont work for me, need kick up the butt
 
Debtin, I know what you mean about weekends and finding motivation,

How far are you in the shred now? Have you tried mixing the levels up to make it more interesting?

I know it's hard, but try not to get hung up on what the scales say, I think how my clothes feel is a much bigger boost for me.

You can finish it, don't let it beat you!! Think how great it will feel to achieve it!
It's a bit like climbing a very repetitive mountain ;)

Keep with it hun xx
