30 day SW Challenge.

    I've decided to get myself back on track, to do a 30 day challenge.
    This means I have to attempt to be on plan 100% for 30 days.

    I have also added exercise to the mix which is optional.

    Who would like to join me?


    This is my second day.
    I've worked out for 20 minutes on EA Active 2 and I've got a jog planned for later.

    Hi Id like to join please :) Been doing well so far but up for the challenge will def keep me on track.Started daily sit ups & squats last week & have been doing green instead of ee for the last few days will find out the outcome wed morn xx

    Hiya!

    I've been standing still on weight since Christmas and I need to get my bum into gear, i don't usually do challenages because I fail them but 30 days isn't so long and it's a very short goal really :)

    Day 3 - complete. It's a rest day for exercise but I walked a lot at work.
