Hello,

I'm doing slimming world and have lost 2st5.5 so far but feel like im stuck in a bit of a rut!! I had a terrible weekend food wise and need to try and have a good few days, I was 13st7 before weekend, after weekend 13st10, I have had a few days of good eating and doing the 30day shred and my weight went to 13st8, its now back up to 13st9.5 could it be because im exercising or ia it just the amount of food I have eaten? What do you reckon? Any one else gained when first starting to exercise?
 
It's common for your muscles to take on more water to repair themselves. And your body might be a bit shocked!

Try not to overanalyse ever little up and down on the scales (and try not to weigh yourself too much!). Exercise is A GOOD THING. Over the long term that and your healthier diet will pay off.

Oh and be sure to have your fibre and water to keep everything, er, moving!
