38 Days and counting

Hi All,

There are now 38 days until Christmas, I decided to set myself mini goals and my first is too get to Christmas without side tracking, anyone care to join me?
This is less about weight loss and more about the commitment (although I obviously want to have a great loss).
I am printing off a calender and actually crossing out the days.
I hope you are all doing well, keep going!

Hi Jacjac - good to set some short term goals and Christmas is a great date to look forward to. But maybe setting goals that get you focused on staying abstinent right through the festive season may be helpful.

I start RTM next week and I intend to stay 100% on plan right through to completion of week 12 of RTM in mid Feb 2010.

My short-term goals are:

1. Get to my goal weight;
2. Plan Christmas week menus I can have on RTM;
3. Stick to the LL RTM plan until end of week 12;
4. Set some targets to achieve in running based on time and distance with the aim of running a full 10km in April next year.
