I'm so happy, I gained 2.5 last week without knowing why, this week I have tried to make more sensible choices, sticking to points doesn't always mean I'm doing that, I'm still guilty of having too much chocolate and thinking just because I have the points for it that it's ok. It's not ok for me, I've found that out and although I might think I'm sticking to points I can make the plan work for me.
This week I have eaten MORE than I did last week but better choices, more fruit and lost, I'm delighted
