Maybe the exercise has added some muscle, which is heavier than fat etc. 1lbs is not a lot, I am sure it is just your body adjusting.

Hi all, I'm on cd ss/ ss+ and have had fab weight loss 9llb first week, 7llb second week but this week I have put on a pound. I was gutted I have stuck to plan 100% and have also started exercising... I'm so upset .... Any ideas ppl????
What's plan are you doing?? I'm on week 3 and have started exercising also! Not been weighed yet but my CDC did warn me not to get upset if I don't lose much or any because of muscle mass! And that I should keep more of an eye on inches if I'm doing a lot x

All it takes is drinking one more glass of water or wearing different clothes or it being totm/mid cycle to go up by an lb. Week 2 and three can sometimes be a sts week especially if your week two loss is good (as yours was) if you're 100% wait till next week...you have deffo lost weight...just not in a way your counsellors scales can understand ;)
