i've just got back from my weight-watchers class, and i can't believe that i have actually managed to lose 3 pounds - i'm so over the moon, especially being that i didn't loose anything last week either.
I can't really figure out what i did differently though - maybe did an extra bit of exercise by going to the balloon festival in bristol. I did a roast dinner on saturday and really cut down my portion size. But, regardless of how i did it i'm over the moon, and am definaltly wanting to lose another 2 pounds next week.
Which will bring my weight lost to half a stone. Yey!!!!!
I really want to go and try on my dress, but i'm also worried that the 5 pounds that i have lost won't be enough and i'll end up all miserable and unmotivated again - so if i manage to lose the 2 pounds next week i might try it then.......

 had my 3rd weigh I am also heading for my 4th weigh in next Monday and hoping for a 1.5lbs loss to give me my 1st silver seven good luck this week
