Well i was weighed and i lost 6lbs.!!! Thats 1 stone gone. I am well happy with that after last weeks weigh in. Heres to week 4.. these weeks are flying by. :talk017:

Thankyou people, week 4, Day 1 and feeling good. Just had a Choc velvet tetra for brekkie going to have a chocolate bar at 5pm and then a spag bol shake for my supper at 9,30pm. i am looking to get to 13st 4lb but 14st wil do lol.
