    Hi all had my 3rd weighin today and i have put a pound on but i am not dissappointed as i went from the ss+ up the 1000 cal plan last wednesday, and to be honest i expected to of put a little more on because of the water weight.

    But its nice to sit down and have a meal with my kids in the evening, but i still have to be strict with myself. (no lovely veno) well it wont be for ever.

    Yeah your right george, i know next week i will lose it and hopefully another with it. But the 1000 cal plan is better for me, i feel like i can function better with some food, have such a hectic work and family schedule its a nightmare somedays,

    Good going Jot, you will definitely have the 1 lb gone next week. Twas good for you to make the decision, recognising that ss wasnt for you. I am holding out on ss for as long as I can, but like you, I miss not eating with the family at dinner.
