Haven't been to the pharmacy yet. Bad weather at the minute, weighed on my own scales and looks like 2lb, thats a 12lb loss altogether, happy there as its my tom, 2 more and its a stone.

14th ....Sept 18.12 2lb loss
21st.... Sept 18.10 2lb loss ****
