4 pounds off! Take that fat!

4 pounds! :scale: I have to say I wasn't bouncing around in excitement because to be honest I was thinking I'd worked so hard this week I deserved it! Still, it's a nice boost.

I am on Rosemary Conley, but am basically sticking to 1200 kcal a day. In another week though they're going to put me up to 1500-1700 calories!! :eek: After spending 2 weeks on only 1200 will my body accept that?? Will I put on weight? I'm also just starting to get used to it and not feeling hungry! Am a little worried about this.

Well done skinnymalink that first loss feels really good!!
Getting started is the hard part once your on your way it gets easier.
I wouldnt worry about going up in calories, going down to 1200 straight away is pretty low to start at so going up to 1500 shouldn't really be a problem.
