I have to say I wasn't bouncing around in excitement because to be honest I was thinking I'd worked so hard this week I deserved it! Still, it's a nice boost.
I am on Rosemary Conley, but am basically sticking to 1200 kcal a day. In another week though they're going to put me up to 1500-1700 calories!!
After spending 2 weeks on only 1200 will my body accept that?? Will I put on weight? I'm also just starting to get used to it and not feeling hungry! Am a little worried about this.
What do you think?
