Hi all. I've just joined. As I'd like some support on my weightloss journey as I've been doing it on my own.

I don't really fit into a category for specific diet. As I don't often calorie count I measure occasionally to make sure my portions are staying small. I don't eat junk food. Rice or noodles or pasta or bread. I don't eat much fruit. But eat protein and veggies potatoe occasionally. And I just eat when hungry. And it's working for me. I haven't started excersising yet. I will soon as I am getting lose skin so need to fill it out with muscle lol

Good Luck. I'm not on any real diet plan.
I stick to mainly meat,spuds,rice and a bit of veg. Don't eat a lot of fruit. Usually a banana with my porridge for breakfast and apple when I do fish.
