4 stone gone... 2 to go!!!

Annoyingly they substituted my Special K porridge as they were out of stock so will have to stick with my apple and blueberry OSS. I like to grate in some apple to bulk it out a bit and that's a tasty and filling breakfast at work. 5pp is a lot for breakfast but those pots are quite big so sometimes it's worth it :)

That's annoying! I do like making apple and cinnamon porridge. I peel and cut up an apple and soften in the microwave add to some cooked porridge and sprinkle on some cinnamon :p could eat it now! But no apples!!
 
Didn't realise id run out of hot chocolate :( but I had some ww crinkle cut crisps and a ww popcorn bar. Loooooving these bars at the minute hope they are still on offer next meeting!!

That looks yummy! Would never think of making 'croutons' but definitely worth it to get the balance of carb to protein. X
 
It was so yummy but boy my breath smelt of red onion after!!!

Rest of yesterday's food

B- bagel Nutella and banana 8pp
L- egg and bacon salad 7pp and a cup soup 2pp
D- sausage frittata and beans 15pp

32/32 used.

Did a home workout yesterday cos kids are off school I can't go to the gym and then took the kids swimming in the afternoon so earned about 7AP.

But none of that matters now as it's D-Day! Or should I say W-Day...!! It's the weigh in from week 1!! I'm pretty certain it will be a loss just how much is yet to be discovered! Soooo excited but as weigh in is at 9:15 I'm trying not to eat before wi cos it can add at least a lb on if I have breakfast or even some water so I'm going to take a ww breakfast bar with me for after the weigh in.

Oh yes was doing the happy scale dance!

Well I have a tough week ahead diet wise, Friday we have a Halloween party to go to and my mum is coming down for the weekend. The party is booze fuelled and when my mum is down we normally order loads of takeaways!

I've made a super plan and I'm going to cook as much as I can and make that our treat rather than ordering in. Really jazz it up and present it nicely. And booze wise I'm going to alternate my drinks and it will help me the next day not to eat my own body weight in fatty foods for my hangover!
