4 Stone In 4 Months?

Do you think it's possible to lose 4 stone in 4 months and 2 weeks on the exante total solution diet? as im going on holiday in july and i really need to shed the pounds or i will just have such a crap time when i go away and will of been such a waste of money!

Could be possible if you follow a VLCD such as LL or CD, sorry I don't know about exante but I'm sure someone on here can give you an answer

I have not done Exante but the weight loss is similar to total food replacement on LT/CD/LL which is about a stone a month...some lose less and some lose more.

It all depends on a few things...like height, male/female and activity.

Your biggest weight loss is usually in the first six weeks of the diet and it settles down a bit after that.
