4 stone to loose how longs average?

On the CD i see alot of people loosing alot in the 12 weeks,
i have 4 stone to loose and just wonder on average how long that will take
( i know we are all different etc)
but in your personal experiances what would you estimate?? thanks guys !!

Next weigh in is 07/03 (wed) cd says I should aim for another 5lbs to get to the 3 stone mark but Im not going to stress about it as a loss is a loss nd I would be happy either way as long as the scales keep going down its all good. How did you find your first day hunni?? Xxx

1st day actually went well thanks! I drunk loads of water, around 3.5 litres and had leek and potato soup (twice!) and a choc mint shake feeling positive but worried I'll want to break soon as willpower has never been great with me but each day at a time anyway!

my weigh in in weds too, it'll be my first so I'll post on thurs to update you! let me know how you do too

I've lost 4 stone and its taken me about 4 months and I've had a couple of breaks along the way!

i have the occasional meal out which is usually a chicken salad x

Wow you all done so so well thanks guys!!! Love reading this stuff!! I keep dreaming I'm eating and waking up feeling gutted but realise its then a dream haha it's so so so odd was peanut butter sandwich last dream haha
