LT will give you an ave loss of a stone per month. In your first month, you will lose a little more. Everyone loses weight at different rates, some will be lucky enough to lose over a stone a month and others will hover around the stone mark. I have been losing about a stone per month on average. Some weeks are better than others but it balances out over the weeks.
LT will give you a complete break from food and you can use your time on it to reflect on your habits and think how you will deal with food when you start eating again.
