Total Solution 4 weeks in a binged. Gutted! Help!

Hi all not been on here yet. I have just completed 4 weeks and lost 17lb but today I have completely fallen off the wagon. Binged on chocolates and crisps. Gutted as I have been so committed throughout. Really upset and obsessing already about what the scales will say in the morning. Now I have to get back into ketosis. Anyone else had a blip and still lost?

I had a blip day the other day, and it only took me two days to get back into ketosis, and had a loss that week. Focus on your achievement, not your blip - 4 weeks is brilliant! And now, over the coming weeks, you won't "wonder" what food is like - because you had some! Write off today, enjoy the food you ate, get back on it tomorrow. Good luck!
 
It happens to us all. Remember you have to eat 3500 calories more than the normal daily allowance to put on 1lb. Even if you show a gain tomorrow at weigh in move forward. It will probably be water retention. Don't use it as an excuse to carry on binging. You will be fine. Good luck
 
I have had some major and minor blips! But I always get right back up on that horse. First two months I was an angel and lost an easy two stone, the third month has been difficult, several special occasions and I lost my way for about ten days. But the thing I love about this diet is that its actually comforting to get back on it. Which means I won't give up as I have in the past. Only 5lb off for July but the way I look at it is that I've had two great weekends away, and that 5lb includes any damage I did there, technically I've only dieted for about two weeks of the month so all in all its acceptable - at least its not a gain! Be positive :)

I always knew you needed to burn this many calories to lose a lb but for some reason I never thought of it in reverse! Thanks for this little nugget I'll keep it in mind when I come off :D
