4 weeks till Cyprus!!

Morning all, as the title says is 4 weeks till I go on my holiday and my life is slightly more settled now so I have 4 weeks to knuckle down and shift as much weight as possible. I have toyed with the idea of doing a 'quick' diet and shifting a stone or so but I know that I can't stick at these sort of diets for more than a day and even if I did manage to lose lots I know that during my holiday I would pile the weight back in and my clothes wouldn't fit by the second week!! Soooo I'm sticking with SW and I'm off to do a big shop now to make sure I have all the right food in so it's easier. Wish me luck xx
 
B: 42g crunchy bran
L: 300g rustic chips (3) bacon, mushrooms, egg brown sauce (.5) and spag shapes. Strawberries and coconut muller.
S: apple, alpen light (3)
D: syn free veg soup followed by pasta and ratatouille. solero (5)
HEA 250ml ssm
HEB 42g crunchy bran
Syns 11/105
 
Mmm I love them, so nice as a pudding :0)

B: 2 weetabix and skimmed milk
S: clementine and strawberries
L: chicken salad and jacket potato, muller yog
S: alpen light (3) skinny latte (hea), apple, plum and banana
D: pork chops with peri sauce (2) savoury rice and salad
P: solero (5)
 
I had my first ever cuddle with my new nephew yesterday...bliss!!

B: 2 lean bacon and 2 scrambled eggs
S: clementine and nectarine
L: cold chicken, big salad and jacket pot

D: lemon and pepper salmon, stir fried veg and stir in sauce (3)
P: weetabix
HEa skimmed milk
Heb: 2x weetabix
 
Horrible rain today :0( good job it's my day off from running!!

Hi there are now sw classes in cyprus if you wish to go while you are there good luck with it lol x

Thanks, It was :0) !!

I have been 100% on plan since Monday, have ran twice and resisted all treats that have been offered to me at work (ice creams, pancakes and donuts) and I have not budged an ounce!!!! It's so disheartening :(
 
I didn't lose anything in the last weeks before my hols but I didn't gain either so it was ok. I only gained 2lbs on my hols too so I'm back on it as of tomorrow :0)
Had a great time too x
 
You did well... I am off to Corfu in about 4 weeks (all inclusive). I had the same thoughts about doing a VLCD to get the most off before the trip... but like you I decided to try and do a more gradual managed weight loss. I still hope to hit my goal before Christmas... and lose what I can before I go (do as well as you whilst away) and then get back at it and go the distance.
