Total Solution 4 weeks until I hit 40

I fell off the Exante express a couple of months ago having lost my drive, due to picking up a couple of injuries, sorry I haven't been on here to give you support and/or abuse

But I didn't feel like I could and not practice what I preach

Today, I have restarted once again, tried a few times over the last few weeks (unsuccessfully I might add) and I have 4 weeks to go until it's my 40th on the 10th December.

So I'm going to be back on TS for the 4 weeks leading up to my birthday, to try and shift the stone that I've gained and some (with any luck)
