4lb in the 1st week

    hi, i was just wandering as i am doing slimming world on my own is 4lb good in the first week and are there any tips to loosing more the 2nd week

    Hi and well done on your loss! :) 4lbs is a very good start (I only lost 2lbs my first wk).

    Only tip is to carry on, if you stick to plan again 100% you should have a good loss. I would recommend keeping a food diary too.

    I lost 4lbs in my first week too and my weight loss has been steady since then (1-2lbs a week roughly). Six months later, I'm two stone lighter :) So I would say 4lbs is a good first loss.
