4lb in the 1st week

Hi and well done on your loss! :) 4lbs is a very good start (I only lost 2lbs my first wk).

Only tip is to carry on, if you stick to plan again 100% you should have a good loss. I would recommend keeping a food diary too.

I lost 4lbs in my first week too and my weight loss has been steady since then (1-2lbs a week roughly). Six months later, I'm two stone lighter :) So I would say 4lbs is a good first loss.
