I don't think there's a pattern. Some weeks it'll be weight. Other weeks it'll be inches.
It'll all even out eventually!

Do you measure every week? I only do it monthly, cause it's easy to measure in a slightly different place which when you're looking for a small loss can make it difficult to get measurements right.
 
Yeh I had that exactly! But now I'm down 2 dress sizes suddenly. I think its quite hard to measure accurately on cd as the skin may not have shrunk in exact timing with the fat, so say 2nd week all my clothes were looser and weighed a stone less, but no different in measurements! I could feel the diff though, can you?
 
Great job....keep going:) Remember that onion has a lot of sugars in it and might hurt you ketosis. Better keep testing.
