    I am so happy. I have just come back from my 4th weigh in and I have lost 5.5lbs [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] That is a total of 23.5lbs in 4 weeks.

    I have also lost 3 inches off my bust, nearly 3 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips, half an inch off my arms and just over 2 inches off my thighs.

    For the first time ever I really feel I will reach my target weight [​IMG]

    well done thats so good,i no how you feel i wa slike this when i lost 25 in 3 weeks makes you fill soo good,keep it up!

    Well done, Melster! I'm there with you, just had my fourth weigh in and lost another 3 lbs to make 25lbs.

    Thanks. I am especially pleased as it was half term this week and I had a lot of temptation to put up with lol.

    Hi letmeout and grandma, you have both done really really well. I started on the 30/01 so yes we all started at about the same time.

    I am. I feel so much better about myself and am now painting my nails and even put on make up again lol.

    My nail varnish needs doing which I'll do this evening... As for make-up I've been wearing it everyday! Well done hun - keep going xxx
