4th WI

Woo hoo 4th WI and lost another 5 lbs well chuffed with that :D:D
today i start re-feed for 1 week but stopping on 2 shakes and 1 low carb meal just untill i move in on saturday am more motivated now than ever and pretty scared about eating but i have planed my meals carefully and nothing high fat or high carbs quite boring actually
hope everyone has a good weekend and thanks for the continued support from you all xx
