5 Months in.....before and after pics

I know there will be a lot of people out there who are just starting and unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Believe me, this diet works and it is a life changer. I'm now 1 stone away from my target and going through the plans before maintenance. If you can, stick with the diet - it only gets easier. The worst part is the first 10 days. After that, its almost plain sailing.
