I always do this- it helps as I am a steady 1lb a week girl- easy to get despondant until I remind myself it is 2 packets of lard! lol

I bet you couldn't even lift 17lbs, could you? Think about it - 3 bags of potatoes and 4 packets of butter in a carrier bag???
