I read a few things this morning suggesting that if you take 500mg vitamin C a day and exersize for a minamum of 30 minutes) you are proven to burn upto 40% more fat than if you don't take said vitamin C....
It sounds simple so I have just ordered 60 Vitamin C tablets at 500mg a hit, has anyone else tried this?
