55 days to go and now the holiday is behind me

I am going to be 100% for 55 days.

There are NO parties, NO holidays, NO work distractions or anything until then so there is not ANY WAY I will go off track.

I have also decided to incorporate light exercise.

Swimming and walking (in my new tone up trainers).

I hope it wil be enough to get me losing weight.

If I walk for 1 hour a day (3 miles) I know I will definitely lose weight.

I have 87 days to go until our holiday and can't wait to see a transformation in my body in that time. (I hope it's long enough!)
