You are allowed 57g of bread and that generally works out to two small slices or one big slice. That's a guide. If you want you can weigh it out and add more bread until it weighs 57g. I find that is one and a half large slices but then you need to be disciplined about not just eating that leftover half slice. Or you can do what I sometimes did and start with 2 slices then remove the crusts until it weighs 57g.
