What does it say on the front of the packaging?

My guess would be no because the main ingredient is wheat flour with no mention of wholegrain.

And also because there is only 5.2g fibre per 100g. Compare that to the 22.4g in alpen light bars! But that said there are only 1.5g fibre in a slice of Warburton wholemeal bread 400g.

No as the flour is not wholemeal.

If it's actually wholemeal it will say so on the front of the package, if it isn't it wont.

If you like wholemeal sainsbury do their own wholemeal cobs, 6 in a pack, in the cobs part of the bread aisle. They are all approx 57g and I love them. They are in a clear bag, about 60p
