6 Month Anniversary

Well today I am celebrating my 6 month anniversary since starting CD, and it certainly is a celebration.
It's been a bl**dy nightmare at times and to be honest I never thought I would stick it for as long as this. It's certainly all been worth it, the highs as well as the lows.
This really is a fantastic diet and has saved my life, my confidence, my sex life and my social life.
Three cheers for CD.
