My 30th is on 21st march which is 7 weeks away. So potentially I could loose a stone by then? Which would do me fine.

Its the start of my weekend today - we have Friday/Saturday as our weekend. Round as my French friends for dinner tonight, then going to hit the gym hard and get my wobbly white ass to the pool and get me a tan. TMinus 1 month till my birthday and I am want to have lost over a stone by this point.

B worth of scan bran ferrero rocher plus 10 syns worth. ( made them to take to cinema lol)

Want to get 2lb a week or more. No slacking for me. I am 30 soon and then it's one of my best friends weddings! Would loveto get my wedding ring back on. It's nearly there!!!!!! Then engagement ring. X

Hi big bear yeah I keep a food diary, other wise I would go completely wrong. I think I have worked it out though, when ever I use my syns on alcohol it does not seem to effect me much but if use them on food instead like I did last week it seems to. Don't know how this works out but it just does.

The scan bran is bought in class or holland and barrett and the fererro rochers are ok? Better than nothing and are 1 hexb plus a syn. There's variations of it if you do a search.
