I'e got the 2 wee ones so no bath. I think I'm just having a bad/tired day (I hope) as yesterday I was so happy & looking forward to going out next Sat. I think it's because H was suppose to be off tonight then comes home & says he's working. When your on your own every evening/night of the week with no adult conversation it gets to you.

I'm going to go off & make a big bowl SW chips, egg & beans (I'll have a green day) Hope that wi in the morning cheers me up!!

Hope we are all doing good!

I was very bad yesterday, wasnt feeling too good bit light headed and sicky and so i sort of binged on loads of crunch creams and cheese, toast, bread etc. when i got home! Yuk i feel so guilty, i feel like i completley blew it and it was only my 2nd day back on the plan!!

I suppose i felt a bit better though as i did 3.5 hours dancing on my new xbox game last night!

This morning was my WI and i have lost 1lb which i am quite supprised and pleased with consodering yesterday! Feel really really bloated though

Hey! I agree all best people are born in June!! However I will be 45 not 35 so less of the 'getting old'!!

When I joined this thread a couple of weeks ago I read the most recent threads and have read every one since I joined. But last ngt I read back from the beginning as well and replied to a few posts individually, however no-one has responded apart from you so feeling bit sad Maybe they've just not been on the site for a day or so though.

Also, I updated my weight in the list a couple of days ago and repasted with the title 'WIT WOO GUYS' at the top, however it has been repasted a few times since without my weight update? Have I done it wrong? Only lost 1lb but was very important to me!! :cry:

Congratulations to everyone with their weight losses...i'd like to have a better weight loss this week and am going to plan my next few days tonight. I've been inspired by Katie's weight loss in particular

Thanks hon x Will have to plan some more cos i was lazy tonight and had hot chicken sandwiches with lurpak spreadable Although I did use Weightwatchers bread so not too bad i suppose. Do you know what Slimming World Curry and Slimming World Chips are? Heard them mentioned and fancied making them.
Also, I might be mistaken but I replied to a Nicholas, seemed to be the only male on here, but not seen any posts from him for a while. He's prob been frightened off with all the talk of periods, pills, pmt etc, poor guy!! Bet he wondered what he let himself in for when he joined this group! :sigh:
